In our traditional collaboration with Salon Jeruzalem, prestigious gathering of winemakers from Prlekija, we present the 2011 edition of Salon of Film and Wine. It will feature selected Sauvignons from the region's finest winemakers. Sauvignon is, along with Italian Riesling and Furmint, incredilbly suitable for the Prlekian soil.
Salon Jeruzalem 2011 was traditionally held on the second Saturday in June amidst the tops of Jeruzalem, featuring the best wines from the area. Numerous experts, journalists, caterers, chefs, sommeliers and wine lovers from Slovenia and abroad were invited. Accompanying program was enriched by the tasting of sauvignons, hosted by enologist Tadeja Vodovnik Plevnik.
