Already the word selection says a lot about the wine quality. Grapes are carefully selected and picked. Only the best-selected grapes are processed into the predicate wine of the selection level. There is a good deal of sugar, therefore only a part of it is left to ferment into alcohol. The richness of flavor is a combination of the primary varieties of flavorings and the flavoring of a predicate. Particularly perceived can be many scents of overripe grapes and the noble rot. Bela Krajina, the little land of white birches, white national costumes, helpful and friendly people, and plenty of sun and vine, is as if created for travelers thirsty of beauty. Mild climate and vine-friendly soil give beautiful white as well as red wines. The best wine-growing sites are located in the area of Vinomerje and Vidosici.
