Master Class with Christopher Lee will take place on Friday, July 29 at 19:00h at the Main Square. It will be hosted by Phillip Bergson. Legendary actor who has appeared in over 250 movies and created countless unforgettable characters. He is also a successful singer. He has received awards for his contribution to the cinema from the United States, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Great Britain. In 2009 he was knighted by Prince Charles. Dinko Tucaković (SER), director and writer, program director of the Museum of Yugoslav Cinematheque President of the Vicious Cat Jury and author of short film Letter featured in Cat's Boutique section. Director, writer, film theorist and critic. His films have been screened at numerous national and international film festivals, at which he has also won several prizes. Carlos Areces (SPA), actor, illustrator and comic artist Lead actor in The Last Circus, featured in the Vicious Cat competition program. Very popular Spanish comedian. Has previously collaborated with Alex de la Iglesia on first Spanish sci-fi sitcom Pluton BRB Nero. One of lead actors in Spanish Movie, one of the most successful Spanish films in last few years. He is also an illustrator and comic artist. Recently appeared alongside Santiago Segura in Torrente 4 and also acts in Nacho Vigalondo’s upcoming film Extraterrrestre. Andreas Marschall (GER), director and script writer Director of horror Masks, featured in the Vicious Cat competition program. In 2004 he directed the well-received horror anthology Tears of Kali. He is also known as creator of artwork for numerous metal bands, such as Obituary, Blind Guardian, In Flames and Kreator. He also directed Kreator's video documentary Hallucinative Comas. Stevan Filipović (SER), director and script writer Director of drama Skinning, featured in the Vicious Cat competition program. He studied at Belgrade’s Faculty of Dramatic Arts, won many student awards and scholarships, and graduated with feature film ‘Shaitan’s Warrior’ which has set completely new standars in fantastic genre in Serbia. Mad Squirrel FX (SER), special & visual FX team Special FX for film Skinning, featured in the Vicious Cat competition program. At the Vampire's Ball on Saturday, they will take care of the transformation of visitors into vampires. Mad Squirrel FX is comprised of Sendy Kumalakanta and sisters Lana and Beca Rakanović. They have collaborated on many films, TV series and theatre pieces. Their work was praised by Richard Taylor of Weta Workshop. Damir Lukačević (GER/CRO), director and script writer Director of sci-fi drama Transfer, featured in the Vicious Cat competition. He was born in Zagreb and has studied at the German Film Academy in Berlin. In 1996 he received the German Film Award in Gold for his short film Foreign Homeland. His feature debut Going Home won the Ver.di-award for Best Director and the Geneva-Europe Screenplay Award in 2003. Marek Dobeš (CZ), director and script writer Writer of the script for Kajinek, featured in our Europe Express section. He was already at the first edition of Grossmann with his film Choking Hazard and since then he is our regular collaborator. He graduated from the Charles University in Prague. He is the author and writer of extremely popular Czech TV show Místo nahoře and its sequel Místo v životě. He is also the organiser of Bloody X-Mas Fest. Phillip Bergson (UK), film critic and journalist Member of the Vicious Cat Jury. Already as a student he founded the Oxford Film Festival. He has programmed or assisted many international festivals (IMAGFIC in Madrid, Valencia Cine Jove, Las Palmas, Ashdod, Festroia, Islantilla). He is a visiting lecturer at the PCFE Film School in Prague and has served on FIPRESCI and other juries in Cannes, Berlin, Haifa, Leipzig, Lecce, Thessaloniki, Karlovy Vary, Bratislava, Cottbus, Pula, Mlada Boleslav and Znojmo.He does not smoke, but drinks Slovenian slivovitz and white wines very gladly.

Diana Barrows (USA), actress and singer Special guest and VIP host of the Queen of the Scream competition Known for her role in Friday the 13th Part 7: The New Blood. Has appeared in numerous other films and TV series such as Freddie’s Nightmares and Charles in Charge. She also has been in various stage productions through out the world and has a few hits in Europe with her music career. Lars Nilsen (USA), Fantastic Fest Member of the Vicious Cat Jury. He has been programmer at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas in Austin Texas since 2004. He is also the head of repertory programming at Fantastic Fest, the largest genre fim festival in the USA which takes place at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, which was also declared the best cinema in the US by Entertainment Weekly.

Danilo – Lola Ilić (CRO), director and script writer Director of music documentary The Dust of Everyday Life, featured in the Noisy Cat competition. Graduated from the Academy of Arts in Belgrade. Has MFA (Master of Fine Arts) degree in Film Directing from the Ohio University School of Film. His thesis film „Distortion“ recieved the Honorable Mention award at the 2007 Accolade Competiton. Alin Ludu Dumbravă (RO) - film critic, writer and screenwriter President of the Slak's Vicious Cat and Melies d'Or Nomination Jury. Graduate of the Bucharest Theater and Film Academy, 1994 in screenwriting and film criticism and of the European Film College Ebeltoft, Denmark, 1996. After 12 years of experience in television (writer-producer for HBO Romania, film program analyst on PRO TV), he is now a freelance film critic, writer and screenwriter.

Igor Vidmar (SLO), rock critic and journalist President of Noisy Cat Jury Journalist, activist and concert organizer. In 1981 he founded the legendary Novi Rock Festival. He organized literally hundreds of concerts. Momentarily he is one of the authors of the Drugi Val show at Radio Slovenia and a long-time collaborator of TV show Studio City.
