Adolf Hitler’s brain has survived. The crazy Nazi-doctor Helga von Blitzen hires Dracula himself to resuscitate Teutonic human material with his bite. The reward that has been chosen is the virgin Maria, daughter of  super hero Captain Berlin, who now has to confront these two awful monsters.

Captain Berlin made his first appearance in the 1980 short Captain Berlin-Retter der Welt. In 2006 he re-emerged in a radio show Captain Berlin vs Dracula, produced for WDR, only to storm the theatres in stage-play Captain Berlin vs Hitler a year later. This year's feature film consists of footage shot at the performances, with added comic-like effects and various editing techniques that provide for a unique and bizarre experience.  Without a doubt deeply original and throughout entertaining contribution to superhero genre and best movie about Hitler so far.
