Bush his second term as the U.S. president, their first tour since the attack on WTC and the outbreak of war on terrorism. Laibach started their tour in Washington DC, just a gunshot away from the White House. Featuring numerous statements of people who attended their gigs as well as appearances of the band in various media, it portrays the traumatic post-election atmosphere in a country deeply torn between two opposite political and cultural poles. Director Sašo Podgoršek was born in 1964. Since graduation from the Academy for Theatre, Film, Radio and Television in Ljubljana, he has been directing advertisements, music videos, dance films and feature films. He has received several national and international awards for numerous films such as short But the Goat Survived, dance film Vertigo Bird and his second feature Sweet Dreams, based on the book by prominent Slovenian author Miha Mazzini. |
